Delivery & Fulfilment Policy
1. Delivery Method All orders from Sylvia’s Patisserie are fulfilled via hyperlocal delivery partners (such as Rapido, Porter, or Dunzo). We do not use registered domestic couriers or postal services as our products are fresh and perishable.
2. Delivery Charges The order total paid on our website covers the cost of the pastry kits only. Delivery fees are not included. Customers are required to pay the actual delivery fare directly to the rider (via cash or UPI) upon the arrival of the order at the specified delivery address. Shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable.
3. Dispatch Timeline As our products are baked fresh, orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 2 days of order confirmation, or as per the specific delivery date/slot selected at checkout. While we ensure timely handover to the delivery partner, Sylvia’s Patisserie is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or delivery partner availability.
4. Delivery Address Orders will be delivered to the exact address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order and pay the rider to avoid the items being returned to our kitchen.
5. Confirmation You will receive an order confirmation via email/WhatsApp. Once a rider is assigned to your order, we will share the tracking link and estimated fare with you via WhatsApp.
