The Experience
We layer our Tiramisu in clear jars, a showcase of Italian tradition made in our Bangalore kitchen. We start with homemade Italian ladyfingers, soaked in freshly brewed, strong coffee, and alternate them with layers of the silkiest Italian mascarpone cream. A dusting of cocoa powder finishes each jar.
The taste is balanced: deep coffee bitterness mellowed by the rich mascarpone and a gentle cocoa finish. The texture is equally delightful – soft, espresso-soaked sponge meeting light, creamy mascarpone, creating an airy and indulgent dessert that never feels heavy. This is a Tiramisu to remember.
